Security Lapse at Delta in SLC

Yesterday our plane broke and since I would miss my connection they kindly rebooked me on a flight this morning.  It was a very long night and I missed the flight.  30 minutes later I tried to rebook with an agent (still can't figure out the new website).  We spent an hour on the phone trying to figure out how to do it.

Turns out someone reprinted my boarding pass and used it to board the flight.  As me.  Since according to the system I was on the plane, it wouldn't let me rebook the flight.  Sounds like an episode of Homeland.

Delta's New Website not tested, causing problems

Delta put up a new website and the IT folks did a lousy job testing.  On Mountain Lion with Firefox Delta won't print boarding passes and won't let you book a flight.  On my Air it said I had an old browser and asked me to update.  When I went to see the list of supported browsers it gave me a 404 error, page not found.

So looking for support, well they took off the Delta.com support. Funny thing, reservation people are now handling website support calls.  A 50%-75% increase in call volume.
